THERE IS HOPE FOR THE SICK, PHYSICAL DISORDERS

JESUS HEALS THE SICK


There is hope for people who are sick. The 
Bible talks about  people who had great faith
and believed in our Lord Jesus.He had healed 
numerous sick people when traveled through
out cities like Capernaum, Jerusalem, Jericho
and Bethsaida.

This week I discussed how Jesus healed people
who were barren, blind, deaf, and had leprosy.
Today,  I am going to share scriptures about 
people who had other physical disorders.The
list of the sick people healed isn't complete but,
it is sufficient to show the magnificent healing 
power of  Jesus Christ!










LIFE LESSON:

 WOMAN WITH 12 YEAR BLEEDING PROBLEM HEALED

MATTHEW  9:20-22

20 And suddenly, a woman who had a flow of blood for twelve years came from behind and touched the hem of His garment.  
21 For she said to herself, “If only I may touch His garment, I shall be made well.”  
22 But Jesus turned around, and when He saw her He said, “Be of good cheer, daughter; your faith has made you well.” And the woman was made well from that hour.









LIFE LESSON:

JESUS HEALS RULER'S DAUGHTER  AND PETER'S MOTHER-IN-LAW

MATTHEW 9:23-26     

23 When Jesus came into the ruler’s house, and saw the flute players and the noisy crowd wailing,  
24 He said to them, “Make room, for the girl is not dead, but sleeping.” And they ridiculed Him.
25 But when the crowd was put outside, He went in and took her by the hand, and the girl arose.
26 And the report of this went out into all that land.



MATTHEW 8:14-15 


14 Now when Jesus had come into Peter’s house, He saw his wife’s mother lying sick with a fever. 
15 So He touched her hand, and the fever left her. And she arose and served them.

 
LIFE LESSON:

 WOMAN BENT OVER FOR 18 YRS & BODY MADE STRAIGHT

LUKE 13:11-14 

11 And behold, there was a woman who had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bent over and could in no way raise herself up.  
12 But when Jesus saw her, He called her to Him and said to her, “Woman, you are loosed from your infirmity.”  
13 And He laid His hands on her, and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God.








LIFE LESSON:

JESUS HEALS BOY WITH EPILEPSY

MATTHEW 17:14-15

14 And when they had come to the multitude, a man came to Him, kneeling down to Him and saying, 15 “Lord, have mercy on my son, for he is an epileptic and suffers severely; for he often falls into the 
fire and often into the water.

18 And Jesus rebuked the demon, and it came out of him; and the child was cured from that very hour. 

19 Then the disciples came to Jesus privately and said, “Why could we not cast it out?”
20 So Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief;   for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.

I enjoyed this show and and eventually became very good at family tree research. Genealogy was important during Bible days and the Bible book of Genesis gives us several family trees.
