DO YOU NEED TO FORGIVE SOMEONE, PART 5

JESUS,  DISPLAYED  TRUE EXAMPLE OF FORGIVENESS

The Lord requires us to forgive people who mistreat us.   It is not easy to forgive, especially if we were
hurt badly. He'll help us erase hatred for  our abusers. He'll soften our hearts if we seek His help. This is not something that the average person can do alone. We have Adam's sinful nature inside of us.I pray that this week's study  will  encourages people to forgive their friends and family that  mistreated  them in the past.

Please pray and study the following scriptures when you are struggling with forgiveness. They helped me
a great deal. I have also attached a video by Corrie Ten Boom. I listened to her testimony and I was very moved by it. I do not know if an expired person can be your mentor, but she is mine.

unrighteousness.

14  “For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.

MATTHEW  7:21-23

21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.
22 Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’
23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’
