LIFE LESSON FOR TODAY

When I was in high school we called  certain  girls   Miss Uppity and Miss High & Mighty.   They acted  like they were better looking and  had more  class than the rest  of their class  members. The class system can be tricky. People  have different  standards for what  determines if someone is " high  class." It varies by what  country you  were born in, what   neighborhood you  lived  in, how much money you had,  and what  ethnic group you belonged to. Reading the Bible verses about the history  of  Jesus' birth should put people  who think they  are "high & mighty" to  shame. Jesus could  have been  born in  the  most beautiful palace in  the world.  His parents could have been rich and traveled by caravan with servants to  attend to their  every need.
