WHAT R U IN THE MIDST OF? #2

IN THE MIDST OF THE CHURCH

There is one word that I came  across often during my Bible Study. The word is, midst and it is used over 300 times in the  Bible in different situations. 

This week I will share scriptures from the Old and New Testament  which describes how important  being in the midst was during the  Bible days.

JOSHUA  7:23

And they took them from the midst 

of the tent,brought them to Joshua

and to all the children of Israel, and 

laid them out before the Lord.

JOSHUA 13:16

Their territory was from Aroer, which

is on the bank of the River Arnon, and 

the city that is in the midst of the ravine, and all the plain by Medeba;

  

2 SAMUEL  6:17

So they brought the ark of the 

Lord, and set it in its place in

the midst of the tabernacle that

David had erected for it. Then 

David offered burnt offerings and 

peace offerings before the Lord.

 1 KINGS  3:8

And Your servant is in the midst of

Your people whom You have chosen,

a great people,too numerous to be numbered or counted.
