THERE IS HOPE FOR THE SICK! THE BLIND!

DEPICTION OF JESUS HEALING BLIND MAN

I went to church when I lived at home with  my parents.  I gave churchgoing up when I went to college.I was too busy studying and partying to go to church.  I got married and  had kids. I wanted them to experience going to church.  Our family attended church most  Sundays.  I learned about faith, healing, and Bible study. I put my faith in God and prayed  for healing for me and my son.God answered my prayers  and today I no longer have the  migraine headaches. My son became asthma  free at age thirteen.

There is hope for people who are sick.I'm
sharing scriptures  about people who had
faith and believed  they would be healed.
On 8/28/14 I discussed women who had
infertility problems. They had faith, were
healed, and had children.

Today, I'll share scriptures about men who
had faith and were healed. The men in the
scriptures below were blind and heard that
Jesus was in their town. They followed Jesus
and believed that he could heal them. All of
these men had their vision restored by Him.

MATTHEW 9:27-31

27 When Jesus departed from there, two blind men followed Him, crying out and saying, “Son of David, have mercy on us!”
28 And when He had come into the house, the blind men came to Him. And Jesus said to them, “Do you believe that I am able to do this?”
They said to Him, “Yes, Lord.”
29 Then He touched their eyes, saying, “According to your faith let it be to you.”
30 And their eyes were opened. And Jesus sternly warned them, saying, “See that no one knows it.”
31 But when they had departed, they spread the news about Him in all that country.

JOHN 9:1-11

1 Now as Jesus passed by, He saw a man who was blind from birth.
And His disciples asked Him, saying, “Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?”
Jesus answered, “Neither this man nor his parents sinned, but that the works of God should be revealed in him.
I must work the works of Him who sent Me while it is day; the night is coming when no
one can work. As long as I am in the world,
I am the light of the world.”
When He had said these things, He spat on
the ground and made clay with the saliva; and He anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay.
And He said to him, “Go, wash in the pool of Siloam” (which is translated, Sent). So he went and washed, and came back seeing.
Therefore the neighbors and those who previously had seen that he was blind said, “Is not this he who sat and begged?”
Some said, “This is he.” Others said, “He is like him.”
He said, “I am he.
10 Therefore they said to him, “How were your eyes opened?”
11 He answered and said, “A Man called Jesus made clay and anointed my eyes and said to me, ‘Go to the pool of Siloam and wash.’ So I went and washed, and I received sight.”

MARK 8:22-25

22 Then He came to Bethsaida; and they brought
a blind man to Him, and begged Him to touch him.
23 So He took the blind man by the hand and led
him out of the town. And when He had spit on his eyes and put His hands on him, He asked him if he saw anything.
24 And he looked up and said, “I see men like trees, walking.”
25 Then He put His hands on his eyes again and made him look up. And he was restored and saw everyone clearly.
