HEART & SOUL! #2

There are steps to beginning
a dynamic relationship with,
"Your Father who art in heaven.”
I discovered that I must pray in
a quiet place free from distractions.
I must be able to pray with my heart
and soul.

Here are the scriptures I studied
in that discussed  how to  pray
with the heart and soul:

LIFE LESSON:

CONTINUE TO PRAY WITH

YOUR HEART & SOUL!

2 KINGS 23: 3, 25

3 Then the king stood by a pillar and made a covenant before the Lord, to follow the Lord and to keep His commandments and His testimonies and His statutes, with all his heart and all his soul, to perform the words of this covenant that were written in this book. And all the people took a stand for the covenant.

25 Now before him there was no king like him, who turned to the Lord with all his heart, with all his soul, and with all his might, according to all the Law of Moses; nor after him did any arise like him.

1 CHRONICLES 22:19

Now set your heart and your soul to seek the Lord your God. Therefore arise and build the sanctuary of the Lord God, to bring the ark of the covenant of the Lord and the holy articles of God into the house that is to be built for the name of the Lord.”

2 CHRONICLES 15:12. 15

12 Then they entered into a covenant to seek the Lord God of their fathers with all their heart and with all their soul;

15 And all Judah rejoiced at the oath,
for they had sworn with all their heart
and sought Him with all their soul; and
He was found by them, and the Lord gave them rest all around.

PSALM 84:2

My soul longs, yes, even faints For the courts of the Lord; My heart and my
flesh cry out for the living God.

PROVERBS 3:5-6

5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart,  And lean not on your own understanding;

In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.
