DEPICTION OF ANGELS PREACHING



This week I'll continue to study the roles that God assigned angels in the Bible.  There are numerous scriptures that show angels assisting God's people
in all types of circumstances.   
 
This study is not meant to be a complete study
of angels. My knowledge of angels was limited
and I wanted to learn  more about them.  I am  
sharing  scriptures  that gave me insight to the  
role of the angels during Bible days.




The Bible book of Revelation show us that angels 
will be involved in end time events.  I am sharing scriptures  which God's servant John give  details about the role the angels will have in preparing us
for Jesus' Return.


LIFE LESSON:
GOD SENT AN ANGEL TO REVEAL END TIME EVENTS TO HIS SERVANT, JOHN.

REVELATION 1:1-3


1 The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show His servants—things which must shortly take place. And He sent and signified it by His angel to His servant John,
2 who bore witness to the word of God, and to the testimony of Jesus Christ, to all things that he saw. 
3   Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written in it; for the time is near.





LIFE LESSON:

 FOUR ANGELS WERE ASSIGNED TO HARM THE
EARTH AND THE SEA

REVELATION 7:1-3

1 After these things I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth,  that the wind should not blow on the earth, on the sea, or on any tree.  
2 Then I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God. And he cried with a loud voice to the four angels to whom it was granted to harm the earth and the sea, 
3 saying, “Do not harm the earth, the sea, or the trees till we have sealed the servants of our God...




LIFE LESSON:

ANGEL WILL PREACH THE GOSPEL TO PEOPLE ON EARTH


REVELATION 14: 6

 6 Then I saw another angel flying in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach to those who dwell on the earth—to every nation, tribe, tongue, and people

LIFE LESSON:

 ANGEL WILL SHOW THE LORD'S SERVANTS 
END TIME THINGS THAT MUST TAKE PLACE.

REVELATION 22:6

Then he said to  me,  “These words are faithful
and true.”And the Lord God of the holy prophets 
sent His  angel  to show His servants the things 
which must shortly take place.

DEPICTION OF ADAM & EVE WITH THEIR CHILDREN I say thank you to PBS for featuring TV shows  on researching your family tree by Heny Louis Gates, Jr.  The show was called, "Finding Your Roots". I enjoyed this show and and eventually became very good at family tree research. Genealogy was important during Bible days and the Bible book of Genesis gives us several family trees. Today I am showing Adam and Eve’s family tree.
