The sermon I heard on, “ The Last 
Days” made an impression on me. 
I now understand how I behave 
during “The Last Days” is very 
important.
 

I have heard about Jesus’ return for several years. I refuse to let this fact cause me to become backslide.


My Bible study revealed scriptures that advise me how while I am waiting for Jesus’ return. Here are some of them:





LIFE LESSON:




BE WISE & FAITHFUL IN THE LAST DAYS





1 THESSALONIANS 4:13-15 


 

13 But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope.
14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus.
15 For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep.



1 THESSALONIANS 5:20-24 


 

20 Do not despise prophecies.
21 Test all things; hold fast what is good.
22 Abstain from every form of evil.
23 Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
24 He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it.

 

 

TITUS 2:11-15 



11 For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men.

12  Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age.

13 Looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ.

14 Who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works.





2 PETER 3:14-18



14 Therefore, beloved, looking forward 
to these things,be diligent to be found 
by Him in peace, without spot and blameless;

15 and consider that the longsuffering 
of our Lord is salvation—as also our beloved brother Paul, according to the wisdom given to him, has written to you.

16 As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things, in which are some things hard to understand, which untaught and unstable people twist to their own

destruction, as they do also the rest of the Scriptures.

17 You therefore, beloved, since you know this beforehand, beware lest you also fall from your own steadfastness, being led away with the error of the wicked.

18 But grow in the grace and knowledge 
of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To 
Him be the glory both now and forever. Amen.

CALLED BY THE LORD, PART 6

DEPICTION OF JONAH RUNNING AWAY FROM THE LORD I was doing Bible study one night and it became clear to me that, Noah, Moses, Jonah, Deborah, Jael, Lydia, Seller of Purple, Rehab, The Twelve Disciples, and Paul were all CALLED by God. The Lord may require  some people to carry out a special task.There will be others that may be required to minister His Word and  travel around the world as a missionary.      This week I'll share scriptures about different men  and women that were called by the Lord. Some of these people were rebellious and did not want to answer His call.  All eventually did the Lord's will. Today, I will share scriptures which discuss that the Lord CALLED a man named Jonah.  He did not want to answer the Lord's call and ran away.  There were consequences to Jonah's actions. CALLED BY THE LORD, PART 5

Today, I'll share scriptures which show how  a prostitute named  Rahab was used to help  Joshua's spies. Joshua, son of Nun, became  the ruler for the Israelites after Moses died. The Bible also tells us that the Lord is "not a respecter of persons"and accepts all who will respect him. It can be His will to use a harlot (prostitute)
