TREMBLE WHEN YOU HEAR THAT TRUMPET! #2
The Seven Trumpets and the angel with a censer, Auftraggeber: Otto III. oder Heinrich II.
My Bible study
revealed that the Lord
used the sound of a blowing trumpet
when
he wanted to get certain people’s attention. These people trembled when they
heard the blowing of the trumpets. They
knew life changing events were
about to happen.
The New Testament scriptures
given
today, will stress the power of the
trumpets
of the Lord.
LIFE LESSON:
THE GREAT SOUND OF
THE TRUMPET!
MATTHEW 24:31
And
He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will
gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the
other.
1 Corinthians 15:50-57
50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor does corruption inherit incorruption.
51 Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall
not all sleep, but we shall all be changed.
52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put
on immortality.
54 So when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written: “Death is swallowed up in victory.”
55 “O Death, where is your
sting?
O Hades, where is your victory?”
O Hades, where is your victory?”
56 The sting of death is sin, and
the strength of sin is the law.
57 But thanks be to God, who
gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

THESSALONIANS 4:16
For
the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an
archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise
first.
REVELATION 1:9-11
9 I, John, both your brother and companion in the tribulation and kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was on the island that is called Patmos for the word of God and for the testimony of Jesus Christ.10 I was in the Spirit on the Lord’s Day, and I heard behind me a loud voice, as of a trumpet,
11 Saying, “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last,” and, “What you see, write in a book and send it to the seven churches which are in Asia: to Ephesus, to Smyrna, to Pergamos, to Thyatira, to Sardis, to Philadelphia, and to Laodicea.”
REVELATION
4: 1
After these things I looked, and
behold,
a door standing open in heaven. And the first voice which I
heard was like a trumpet speaking with me, saying, “Come up here, and I
will show you things which must take place after this.”
